Plein Air Artists

While out on my walk with Maisie this morning I came across a number of Art Society members enjoying a “Plein Air” session amongst the olive grove alongside the Taylor River. Plein Air is about leaving the four walls of the studio behind and experiencing painting and drawing in the landscape. Although it was cloudy the group had chosen a good day for their session. Max in the foreground is taking a brief break from sketching.
