Milo in kill mode

Whilst Milo fasts for 7 months of the year, she goes into kill mode for a few months in the summer. During the day I can go in the viv, change water, move hides, lift her out and it's absolutely fine. She was fed yesterday, she really shouldn't be fed for another week. Her nose was poked out of the hide, I opened the viv lock and she was already S-ed up ready to hunt, by the time the glass was open she'd moved forward and loosened her jaw. Some people suggest feeding snakes outside their viv so that they don't associate the viv with food. With her in this mood if I tried to move her my hand would be dinner!
