Home Comforts

Super empty plane and tailwind and we were back in our house a mere 12 hours from leaving the hotel. Not enough time for a proper sleep but just enough shut-eye to keep me going through the day. Especially given that the day hasn’t involved a great deal more than emptying the full laundry bag and filling the empty fridge. And catching up with the kids. And Michael McIntyre’s Big Show. Eating hot buttered toast and drinking tea.
