It was misty and cold to start golf this morning but when the sun broke through it was quite pleasant and the game was a perfect start to the weekend after what was a bit of a gruelling week when I look back.

Late afternoon I decided to take a drive up to Carsington to buy myself a Tilley hat. I've fancied one for ages and the upcoming trip over New Year is the perfect excuse. On the way I stopped to take a quick shot of the nice sky over the  Derbyshire hills.
