Turkey tails!

The sun was rising as we left Istanbul's Attaturk airport this morning at 8.45am (three hours ahead of here!) I liked seeing all these Turkish Airlines' tails as we started to taxi out.

We spent the whole night in the air arriving here at 6.00 am.

The international lounge here is massive and very busy, they seem to be make it a real hub for flights all over the world.

Time for a quick refresh and coffee before we were off again. Quite cold in Istanbul so not too much of a shock when we got back to the UK.

Said goodbye to some lovely people we have met whilst away and as they don't live too far away maybe we will get chance to meet up again.

At least there is no rush to get the summer clothes washed, they won't be needed for some time! Those summer memories especially the fantastic animals will help us through the winter months.

Time for a rest before preparing for weekend visitors and Christmas!
