When Irish Eyes Are Smiling

I always think it's a pretty fair trade off that when someone asks you to take their photograph, you in turn ask to take theirs and that's how today's blip entry came about.

These lovely ladies are from Co Down in Northern Ireland and are in Edinburgh this weekend to celebrate Pamela's hen party. Pamela (in case you hadn't gathered) is the one in the grass skirt! I love this photograph as it just radiates energy and happiness and it didn't need any processing whatsoever. I took two photographs and really swithered about which one to use. You can see the other one here.

I'm going to take this oppoortunity, through the medium of Blipfoto, to wish Pamela and her future husband all the very best for the future and hope that their lives together are filled with much love and laughter.
