Fire in the Sky

We've had two days of constant rain here in Ayr. It didn't stop us going out yesterday when I had the day off but today we didn't go anywhere today. Sometimes I dread opening my inbox after a day off due to the list of horrors waiting for me. I was delighted that nothing gruesome was lurking there to ruin my Friday. It was a peaceful day of plodding on with a couple of reports. My list is starting to recede at last. Shhhhhhh! I shouldn't say that, should I?

Tesco Man came just before lunch and brought a pile of sodden leaves and a big draught up the stairs (as well as the shopping). We have an upside down house here but Tesco Man never minds bringing all the groceries up to the kitchen.

It was a very quiet day here. There wasn't even a telesales nuisance call! It comes to something when you even miss them!

The picture was taken out of the living room window. Once it had stopped raining, that light in the sky was quite nice to see. Promise of a reasonable day tomorrow?
