Pyracantha ("firethorn")
[aka - playing with my macro button]
Not such an exciting day today, so back to blipping plants in the garden. The sight of these berries cheers me up, even on the greyest day. The shrubs were bought as long-term protection plants when we took down some slats from the fence at the back of the garden - they are very prickly. I think they're still a long way off fulfilling their intended purpose, but they do look pretty in the meantime.
I'm sorry to lose yesterday's horse as my "home" pic, but I suppose that's the transient nature of Blip. And who knows what tomorrow will bring?
