Autumn Sunshine

We're off to watch Rob play his second football match of the weekend shortly. We have to go early today as the team have a new kit and the sponsor wants to take some photos of them before the game. I was going to wait and blip them as well....but won't really have time between footie, dinner and swimming club.

Rob's opponents today is the team where he started playing when he was 6. The boys had 2 very successful seasons, winning the U8's league when they were still only U7 and then again at U8! Rob was then offered a contract at Aston Villa where he stayed for 3 seasons before being released. Today will be the first time he has ever played against his original team. The manager and a few of the original players remain so it'll be very strange.

Lucy really enjoyed the party last night and is currently preparing to get up and face a day of homework followed by swimming club.
