It’s a start

Woke to find even more swirling snow. We were told all lifts were closed till at least lunchtime - so much snow, avalanches, blasting etc.

So we read our books and had a walk. The snow stopped, and we went out after lunch to the little free chair when it opened - we have not bought an expensive lift pass yet as so little was open - but tomorrow we’ll get a 3 day one. Just as well we didn’t get the full pass today as later we discovered only 2 runs were open.

One of the villages further up the valley is still cut off.

Fingers crossed they open more runs tomorrow.
