Nice times today. Breakfast at the Colophon Cafe with friends. Visit with my therapist in the afternoon. Bought a couple of books at Village Books. Quiet dinner. Good news. The buyers accepted our offer of what I'd be willing to take care of based on the inspection. And the appraiser was at the house today. We are getting closer to the day when I will own one house and a lot less debt. Hooray!
