Onion Bhaji Arcus

Drove through gale force winds and driving rain to Uig in South-West Lewis. With me, a group from my publisher, Quercus. First visit to the Hebrides for some. They were greeted with the worst that the islands can throw at you. Refuge was sought and given at the home of a friend, where we ate the sandwiches we had bought in the Co-op - among which was the curious onion bhaji filling.
