Today's the day ........................... to celebrate a birthday

For all Scots, today is an important day. 

It's a day to remember and to celebrate the life and work of the Scottish poet, Robert Burns - who was born on the 25th January, 1759.  Tonight, there will be many a Burns' Supper going on, not only in Scotland, but across the world.  We've had a few ourselves here - although not this year. 

We've got a new Scottish flag though which we're flying today for the first time.  It's the City of Edinburgh flag - derived from the arms of Edinburgh Council .....................
