It’s gonna be a cold, cold

Yes, despite winds of 40mph and rain today, we did go to the allotment.

There so much that needs done, we can’t just leave it.

Under three layers of clothes and a scarf I spent most of the hours we were there pulling stones from the dug over soil; I pulled four buckets full.

Himself erected the asparagus bed and made rows for the crowns to sit in. The three crowns I bought last year along with the six we got last week should be lovely... probably not for three years or something but hey. At least they have a custom

That took us til late afternoon. Shower to get rid of the mud; and heat up and then shopping - dinner wasn’t til 730...

Now am ready for bed.
