The Missing Piece

One of my absolute favorite combination of images to capture in a picture is landscape and architecture. I am immediately drawn to these sites..like a bee to honey. I love how nature and people made structures can work in harmony to create such stunning settings. It creates for us such a captivating look of balance between these two forces.

What I feel missing in this picture though is a soft  and vulnerable side. The picture feels too strong....the bold linear lines, the tall height of the buildings,  and the robust look of the bridge structure. It lacks a human touch. Maybe if I had someone in the foreground  looking up at the awe and wonder of the vision as if to be giving in to its greatness...tenderness in the loving arms of strength. Don't we all want that sometimes?
