Blue Sky
I know, it's just the sky -- couldn't I do better than that? Oh, sure, but let me tell you, there was a spectacular show going on up there today All day long it was an extravaganza with various configurations of fluffy white stuff and now I have a stiff neck because everywhere we went I couldn't help looking up. I tripped over curbs and walked into things, but it was worth it. When I did look straight ahead it was at the trees which are still turning amazing autumn colors.
In short, nature is in charge here at the moment. The crickets are chirping wildly at night -- seems like forever since I've heard such a ruckus and it's a wonderful sound, and then there was the thunder storm and really serious rain, and today it was windy. Made-to-order weather, for me anyway. Don't know how the rest of Indiana feels about it, but I love it -- well, everything but the little tiny touch of humidity, but it's so little that it's only noticeable to somebody who lives where there is none. Too perfect a day to complain about anything, so I won't.
