Lakeside this Morning...

We’ve had a busy day.... afternoon appointments, shopping this morning then a walk at the Taylor Dam and environs. Maisie and I had not been there for weeks. I put her on her lead once we got back to the walk around the actual lake. There are lots of waterbirds and given half a chance Maisie would be in the water after them. At one spot on the lake edge I saw geese, various varieties of ducks, coots, shags, puketo and pied stilts. A feast for the eyes.
