Heads or Heart?

I changed the photo this afternoon, you will find the gazing at gobblers I originally selected in the extras. The turkeys made a second pass trough this afternoon and I loved the head shot. In 2839 blips I think I have only changed a handful at most.

Brilliant sun and icy cold has brought out many birds and beasties to feast in the back garden and patio. Raspberry uttered some disgusted sounds and spent a few minutes watching the three turkeys before retiring for a nap. 

Two of my three painting mates are coming here tomorrow so we can paint together in my Dogcorner loft studio. We have managed to paint together since 2002, but now it's even more precious to be together. Two of the remaining gang, now down to four from the seven painters, spend a lot of time in Florida. Two of the originals have moved permanently out of the area and James has left this mortal plane. We, the remaining four are so grateful for what we have had through all the years.


For the Record,
This day came in cold and icy. The roads were clear, but the grass and walkways icy after the rain washed away the snow.

All hands find it impossible to grasp the audacity and lack of integrity of this administration. He has to GO. As Michelle Obama said, "being president doesn't change who you are, it reveals who you are."

Funny story, I had a call from our friend BB in California yesterday. We were rehashing and lamenting our disgust with the state of things in the White House and saying over an over, "He has to go." Her dog excitedly jumped into her lap, anticipating going for a walk.
