Need You Ask?!

Sandwiched between the allotment morning and evening and a lot of pruning of the raspberry canes, I went to launceston with Vegan Jo. It looks as if the bank are going to sell the house to her so she needed to get the sale of hers going with her buyers. The bank like a fast turn around - which is ironic considering how long she has had to wait for them to make their minds up! 
The expression everything but the kitchen sink is apt for all the paperwork she took to the solicitors - only in her case it was the plastic U bend that a washing machine has to keep the out pipe in the right place! I howled with laughter!
After that is was a mooch around the shops - Launceston is a small place but has really interesting shops. The main blip was a hairdressers, I love phrenology heads but this is the first time I've seen one like this!  The ladles were in a vintage french shop. Yes before you ask - I bought the hen ladle!!
A good day and another 2 milestones - driving with someone else in the car and shopping with a friend! I did have a few food items to get but was begining to feel uneasy so we headed for home. Once I had dropped Jo off and got home I was able to calm my uneasiness and head to the allotment. Phew!
