Rainbow Fabric

This is some of the fabric that I was cutting on Saturday. Nice bright ‘Batiks’. I started to fold them ready for packing today, after completing a marathon 64 packs of 2.5” squares. This is likely to be a big part of my ‘life’ for the next couple of weeks as we have the Harrogate Spring Quilt Show coming up.

In other news, granddaughter came to stay overnight as Mum is busy in the morning. We collected her at lunchtime and brought her back for an afternoon of play - which seemed to involve a lot of ‘bashing grandad’! We did get to see (most of) Mary Poppins - again. She really is into it and had us jumping and dancing around the room with her. The penguin dance is her favourite.
