Cinema Date Night

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Prince and I went to see Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri tonight. We thought it was really good. Despite the grim subject matter, there is a lot of humour. I am always in awe of writers than can make you laugh and cry in the same scene. The debate over the appropriate use of language for ‘person of colour torture’ between Mildred and Dixon made me laugh out loud as it was so ludicrous and Mildred breaking down after talking to the deer was breathtakingly painful.

It was nice to be out in a date with The Prince. I wanted to make the most of my last day before going back to work.
