Sunday in the City
Another gloriously sunny day so after a lovely breakfast and send off with our guests, we packed up the pram and headed into Manchester for the day to make the most of it.
Manchester looked great. It does Autumn spectacularly. We mooched round our old stomping ground of the Northern Quarter (see pic - murial of Tony Wilson and Factory records outside Afflecks Palace) and grabbed teas at Jamie's Italian followed by lunch at the Alchemist in the sunshine with my husband's friend Ash. Later meeting up with Andy and his daughter Emma for coffees on Cross Street.
We basically toured restaurants and cafes. Audrey seemed to enjoy being out and about and was adorable today.
This weekend's development with Audrey has been a gorgeous giggle. It's as though she's joined up all her "ah's" and "oh's" and turned them info a melodic chuckle. It kills me. So cute.
As for her sleep. No comment. Let's just say it's 7pm and I could go to bed now given half a chance. Zzzzzzzzzz
