inspired by Autumn colours

The leaves were so frazzled by wind and rain during the month of September that I began to wonder if we would see any Autumn colour.

I hardly dare mention that, although Monday and Tuesday started very wet, we have had sunshine every day for the last week. The roof is on our new porch, and the windows and doors are due to arrive in about a week's time.

Autumn is showing its true colours.
