Pink ribbon day

October is Breast Awareness Month and today an invitation to host a morning tea/breakfast or have a girls night in...all proceeds going to breast cancer research.
Our local surgery was awash with pink with the doctor and receptionist wearing pink and , for a gold coin donation, a pink cup cake on offer.

We are so fortunate to have such a great local gp.
A single doctor practice, a rare thing in this neck of the woods, and he has and spends the time with each patient, nonjudgmental as to character and appearance, valuing of questioning and inquisitiveness and equally outspoken and straight to the point.
With youth friendly accreditation and a DOG FRIENDLY!! practice, who could ask for more.
