Plating up

To a very good restaurant at Epping for lunch with good friends for a catch up. I asked if I could go into the kitchen to take pictures. Because they had loads of snow cancellations they were quiet and so I was allowed in. The trouble was that I was having difficulty* focussing the Fujifilm. Not many pictures as a result. 

This one is head chef plating up my main course. The extra is the cheese board - all British cheeses plus one Irish blue.
