Rainy Red Building + Seine Near Normal

It mostly rained today.   Hence the main blip--an image of a building reflected in the raindrops on top of a red car parked on our street. It's the building on the right of yesterday's blip-- I've turned the image right-side-up and flipped it horizontally. I find it fun--I hope it's not too weird for you :) 

I was on my way to check out the level of the Seine-- as you see in the extra, it's down substantially from its highest level (which I blipped on 28 January). But I doubt if it's recovered enough to permit the large passenger boats to start operating again (the snowy extra I posted on 28/1 shows one of those boats--they barely pass under the bridges in normal times).
