Scout Scar

Today's the day .......................... to change direction

It was still pretty chilly on top of Scout Scar, where Will and I went for brisk walk this afternoon.

The snow had all gone apart from on the tops of the far fells but you still needed a woolly hat and gloves to keep warm.  The main difference was that the wind was coming from the west - not the beastly east.

Time for something a bit warmer - although, having just seen a weather forecast - we're not quite out of the woods yet ....................
