Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

I had a very entertaining conversation with you O’h dear discussing kitchen appliances. Lovely Tea Jenny, I know you will be completely with us on the excitement of looking at the shiny new kitchen toys in nice department stores. Domestic appliance voyeurism!

SOMEONE (not saying who, but clue - the male recipient of these blips) said I had permission to ditch my plan to go for a run and watch Jessica Jones instead. I had 5 episodes left in the series. I thought I’d just watch a couple but with 2 to go, I went into addict mode and HAD to finish it. There was a mid viewing break to take Murphy up the hill and then I had to do annoying things like make dinner but I gently explained to my family that they were being ditched in favour of a tv programme about a damaged superhero!

I am not particularly good at sitting down for lengthy periods of time* as I tend to suffer from antsinpantsitis but it was a great way to idle away half of the afternoon & evening.

I’ll call it a ‘rest day’.
