A blast from the .....

.... past .... and ...
present , we had a lovely few hours with David and his wife Gina . As you can tell they have a wonderful garden all done by G , she is feeling rather hampered at the moment because of the changing weather pattern ( here we go again talking about the weather !!!). The top photo is from 1967 KJD at 4 years old and wee babe "C" at about 2/3 months old, just a bit of nostalgia , great fun to reminisce .
We had a pleasant drive from Wilton to Chard , tho' there were sleety showers of snow but on the return journey ( couldn't believe the short time it took us) which was very good the snow was falling more but was patchy. However as we left the M25 at junction 6 it became obvious that it was coming down fast the side roads were covered and slippery .! Still we are home now after 2 lovely days.

Grateful ..... for a safe journey , brilliant chauffeur and lovely kind friends ( David is such a gentleman ) thank you all especially to my daughter .
