Beige Dead Food

Just been to a fab seminar on beige dead food. So so interesting, I'm slowly and gently brainwashing, or debrainwashing myself off all the processed high sugar crap. Not convinced the midget gems won't be back to play again in the future though.

L walked all the way to school and back again today. It's quite nice being free of the buggy but I must remember 2 year olds can't power walk. Poor love being dragged along by my and her sisters.

It's J's mums birthday today and he's not been able to get over the church to put some flowers on her grave. By the time he finished work I had to leave for the seminar :( I do feel pretty crap about it but J was planning to leave work earlier and squeeze it in then.
