Mystery objects

I spent the day dealing with mysteries. Some of them even took human form.

Most things are mysterious. I was sitting on the loo thinking about a probability mystery at one point. If you have flipped a coin nine times in a row and it has come down tails every time, the odds must increase of the run ending. But someone who walked in on you and saw you flip the coin (ostensibly for the first time as they observed it) would see it as a straight 50-50 heads or tails thing. I mean, why should the past toss of a coin influence the next one? Weird when you think of it; like Schrödinger’s cat. Dead and alive at the same time.

The snow is melting thank god but it is still freezing. The electric blanket is back on tonight ...
