terrasses du port

Marius and I spent all day at Les Terrasses du Port, a massive posh shopping centre in La Joliette. You can go up to the second floor, out onto the “deck” and see amazing views out to sea. The architecture of the building is very sleek and there are loads of shops and restaurants to explore. There is even a little area for kids to play; Marius spent ages there. He loved it. He’s saying ‘coucou’ all the time now, even in the right context, so this was him leaning out of the window in the play area saying ‘coucou’ to passers by :) He is certainly getting lots of admirers everywhere we go!! It’s very sweet.

Once we got home, Marius had a nap and then we had to get ready to go to Michelle’s for dinner. Michelle is Pierre’s auntie who lives in La Pointe Rouge, a nice neighbourhood near the beach. Ben and Sarah were there with Mathis as well as Giles and Julie with their two girls, Stella and Alice. Extra pic of Ben with Marius :)
