Kings Knot

A day out of the office today in Stirling.  A lovely crisp morning with some frost on the ground.

On my way to the venue for the day I paused to view both the Castle and the former formal laid out gardens - the Kings Knot.

The day was a mixture of presentations, discussions and team building with our digital partners Leidos.  As we move from the discovery phase to Alpha testing it was an opportune time to reflect on how we are working; what needs to improve; and recognise the pressures on each of our organisations to deliver.

The day was broken up by two sessions where were locked in rooms and had to try and escape by solving puzzles before an hour had passed - morning and afternoon.  There were good fun and salutory lessons on the need to communicate and keep colleagues informed.
