A heap of frogs

Today I went to Venus Pool Nature Reserve with the birdwatching group. The islands were smaller than usual due to the flooding but we still saw some interesting birds such as snipe and a good view of a sparrowhawk. 

This heap of frogs were moving around below one of the hides and were probably enjoying the heavy rain showers. There were four frogs, the top one kept climbing up and the one below kept kicking him off so he'd climb up again. They must have been very heavy for the bottom frog to carry around on her back!
