Mono Monday

Every picture tells a story- I so wish I had a camera in my executive tit bird house. Then I would know what they were doing. We see them going in and out of the box first thing in the morning, then nothing. I dug this book out of my bookcase, it is dated 1975 and is one I have used before to follow progress. We think the nest has been built as we don’t see any material going in, although something did come out the other day. Egg laying is due to commence in about three weeks’ time, we’ll see. It’s been an awful day today for all our feathered friends although I spotted a thrush in the garden today for the first time. Thanks to Chantler63 for her subject choice this week for Mono Monday.
