Puff flash balloon

In between papers and emails and meetings I had my annual eye test today.

The machines puffed air three times into each pupil; then I was blinded by the middle machine as it photographed the back of my eye; then I stared at a balloon at the end of a road while more measurements were taken.

After drops to dilate my pupils I then had the puffer and the flash again.

No wonder it took a few hours for my eyes to return to normal - so apologies for any typos!

Evening rounded off by a delicious meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Weather similar to 31 years ago!
