Back home

Having left the UK at the beginning of March when snow was still on the ground, we find we have done well in the past month to  miss more snow and lots of rain. Its been foggy all day, I miss Tasmania already.   A trip round the garden to look for signs of spring revealed many daffodils and these rather cute first leaves on the rusa rugosa .  
We are finally on the move and likely to move house in about 3 weeks time. Full steam ahead on sorting out 25 years of stuff we don't want.  A high sleeper cabin bed has been posted on Freecycle and more old fashioned furniture; relics from  the Victorian house we once owned in SE London will follow. Hoping people will come and collect what we dont want. If we can't give it away we will chop it up and take the wood to the tip..
