Vet check....

Wet and misty again- will it never end ?
A busy morning cattle wise. The lorry in at 8.30am to collect the 19 store blks we sold. As usual there were a few that didn't want to go up the race onto the lorry but we got there eventually .
Then the vet in at 10am to check the 10 heifers I hope to sell for breeders. This involved using the scanner to check they had both ovaries and no abnormalities . The picture shows her wearing the head set which has wee screens so she can see the scan and have both hands free to work .
A visit from Douglas from Wm.Rose Tractors this afternoon. Luckily he didn't manage to sell me anything !
So, have managed to survive Friday 13th in one piece more or less .
