Tidal pool

Eviction day from the holiday house. After a cleaning session and packing the car, I set off on my long run home.
It was a beautiful morning after the grey guff we had endured through the week and I enjoyed the Fife Coastal Path.
Passed through the necklace of East Neuk villages, Pittenweem, St Monans, Elie and Earlsferry. Along the sand to Lower Largo then Lundin Links, Methil, Buckhaven, then the Wemyss (E&W), Dysart and finished at Kirkcaldy. 39km in 3.5hrs so was fairly happy with that.
