for Journeys End

Having hired the narrowboat for a week we are nearing journey's end. We have a day to spare and are intending to spend it enjoying the sights of Skipton.

Before doing so however it was necessary for us to moor up at our base and take on water.  It was a pleasure to moor up to Tamarind because she was the first canal boat I ever went on some years ago and I remember our trip then with great fondness.
