Mizzle

Been listening to the new Stones track, Doom and Gloom. It reflected my mood today as I wheeled the pram around Chorlton Green.

The Drizzle is here. The Manchester Drizzle or should that be Mizzle. It's cold and fine and it soaks you through. Get the feeling winter pram walks are going to be a little less wonderful over the coming months. Which is why it's all about the music from now on. Headphones, a necessity!

In other news, Audrey wore her new outfit (pictured) and looked totally adorable this morning. She's in a strange mood though - hardly eating much and seems wired a lot of the day. She's started being very vocal, yelping out loud when she's tired. My child is not going to be quiet, that's for sure. Been using the word 'spirited' but secretly hoping we don't have a tantrum toddler on our hands. But given her propensity for reflux, early teething and not sleeping - of course she'll have the Terrible Twos. Par for the course really.

Had a lovely cuppa with a friend and we discussed our mutual apathy towards our PR careers at present. We decided this year is a write-off. It's all about 2013 when the world had better watch out, as we intend to be back! Mwah ha ha!!!
