inspired by Phil's tools

Polly has made her daily inspection of works and seems to find it satisfactory. We too are delighted with the progress.

I am intrigued by the diversity of tools in Phil's tool box. He has a giant cake mixer for mixing plaster and a red gun for shooting pins into the skirting board. Others are ones that have stood the test of time - a saw, a chisel and a plane.

I'm not quite sure what this yellow tool does, but I see it has a built in spirit level, which must be significant. In any case, the tools, combined with Phil's skills are doing a very good job.
