Wednesday: Van In Blossom

The day started with some good news when we heard that my cousin in the UK had had a baby boy. We've seen the first photos - he looks desperately cute and my cousin looks exhausted.......

My colleague, Claire, boosted all our enthusiasm today by doing a session at work on wellness and nutrition. It's a real passion of hers and she put some marvellous effort into it. We're all feeling quite inspired now.

And the day ended with a reception at the Vancouver Maritime Museum. It's in a lovely neighbourhood with some really beautiful houses.
