What a gorgeous Saturday to amass a 35,000 plus step count tramping up and down beauty hill several times, walking up and down to the village and roaming round town with Tess and Dave after a cheeky poached egg on toast and smoothie down The Pier at the beach (my new favourite monthly breakfast treat outing these days...sorry sandollar)

All on 4 hours sleep = very early to bed Saturday night.
