Farewell

My mother in law - Muriel Baxter - died early this morning. She was 91 and had been frail for some time but went downhill very quickly over the past few days.

She passed away just a few hundred yards away from where she got married on 14 April 1951.

I think I first met her some 48 years ago as I was at school with her younger son. And has been a formal part of my family for over 30 years.

Much missed.
