Meetings

Yet another day of meeting. First main gathering was the senior management team where we reviewed risks and plans and finances and policies.

Then catching up with various team members. Then discussions with specific team members about job descriptions in the revised organisational structure we are in the process of implementing. All with the aim of allowing us to focus more of our activities on our volunteers.

So lunch at the desk and worked on into the evening. Glad I grabbed this view of tulips I had brought in from the garden. With a similar day tomorrow I will have to be creative for the blip.
