Capri

A wonderful day on Capri.
Boat trip round whole island - sailing through sea arches ( we had to kiss ) .
Ride on Chairlift to top of AnaCapri - so worth the undignified jump on and off . Saw beautiful wildflowers- orchids and wild carnations which were yellow. They make a perfume from it .
A walk past Acel Munthe’s Villa - now a museum.
Gracie Fields holiday complex was below us .
More pizza for lunch in a cafe all organised for us and my first gelato in Italy!
I wasn’t so keen on the area devoted to shopping for the rich - we took the Guide’s suggestion and ambled along to a viewpoint where we had seen wild goats earlier.
A really long day but so worth it .
