Kardy Party

Kardy Laguda (the guy in the middle of the photo) is a fitness guy who has recently made a fitness dvd with Rosemary Conley. I go to a couple of Rosemary Conley classes a week run by franchisee (?), Val. Val is such a great character and good fun so when she suggested that we go this Kardy Party, those of us who could go, did. I booked a days annual leave. Val said she would get a couple of cars organised then we could all go in groups. Julie (2nd left) was kind enough to run us. I only knew Julie and one of the other ladies by sight but had never met the others. We had such a great time and all got on really well. So thanks to all...it was a fun afternoon of aerobics, fun and laughter...
