The mammies r oot !

Grand day. Hysterical trip to the dentist (honest! we always have a great time there!), followed by a trip to soft play for No 3 and friend (easy for me - I read my Kindle and drank nice coffees). Only downside was I had to drop No 2's laptop off for a £95 repair (broken fan) - ouch.

Then it was off to E's house to play with her newest Kitchen appliance. Can't remember the name of it - but I have been on the lash and you're lucky to get a blip at all (with punctuation,!@?- thank goodness for spelling checker). some heated thing that you put wee bread and nibbles in to melt. Top favourite was Scallops and Black Pudding !yum!

Lovely night with the ladies - hot topics were, new boots, new handbags, teenagers, cra**y jobs, holidays, astro-physics, thermo-nuclear dynamics, European politics, biomechanics, and the new Sirdar knitting patterns. Just the usual stuff.

Off to bed shortly - just time for a nightcap. Hope y'all had a grand Friday night.
