Beach hut

I love beach huts and think it would be fun to have one. They are basically wooden sheds that their owners decorate and furnish the inside, and paint the exteriors bright colours. They have no electricity or running water and you aren't allowed to spend the night inside. No sleeping allowed! Why do they cost so much? This one would be about £40,000. I guess you pay for the location and the sea view.
